We ship within Australia and New Zealand.
How much is shipping?
Within Australia you have two shipping options:
$9.95flat rate standard shipping with tracking for orders up to $150
Free standard shippingfor orders $150 and over
Shipping to New Zealand is $20 flat rate shipping.
When will you ship my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days (during peak periods, such as during sales, items may take slightly longer to ship so please allow for up to a week in that case). The exception to this is items on pre-order. See below for details on pre-order shipping.
How do you ship items?
We ship via Australia Post with tracking as standard within Australia.
Please note that if you request that your parcel be left without signature we will not be liable for non-receipt of your order.
What if I ordered something on pre-order?
If you ordered an item on pre-order we will ship it as soon as possible after we receive it into stock. We will note in the product title when we expect that to be. If you order items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) come into stock.
If you would like in stock items shipped separately, please order pre-order items in a separate transaction.
Can I return items if they don't suit?
Excepting dummies (which we can't accept for health & safety reasons), we will gladlyexchangeitems in your order or provide you with astore credit, provided you follow the usual sort of return conditions set out in full in our Returns Policy available by clicking here.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit:
(1) your item(s) must be unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging still intact and in saleable condition; (2) not be a sale item; and (2) your return request must be submitted via our Returns Portal within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our Returns Portal is available by clicking here.
If you send us a return that is not submitted and approved via our Returns Portal, we will contact you to obtain your instructions as to how you would like the item to be dealt with (return to you at your cost or destruction).
What if my item is faulty?
Where your item is faulty, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
