Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Due to high demand for particular items, from time to time we release those items for sale prior to them arriving into stock. For those products, the date they are expected to arrive with us is noted in the product description and you can purchase the item by clicking on the 'Preorder Now' button. 

When will you ship my order containing a pre-order item?

We will ship your order once all pre-order items in your order have been received into stock. Unfortunately we are unable to ship your in stock items separately after your order is placed. If you would like in stock items shipped separately, please order pre-order items in a separate transaction.

Is the expected arrival date certain?

We try our best to accurately estimate the arrival date for pre-order items. Sometimes however they may arrive a little later than anticipated (for example, due to shipping or customs delays). Unfortunately this is something that is out of our control but please rest assured that we will do everything we can to have your order to you as quickly as possible.
