Ordering

How can I pay? 

We accept PayPal, AfterPay, ApplePay, Google Pay, Visa, Amex and MasterCard (including debit cards). The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.

How long will it take to process my order? 

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If your order contains a pre-order item however, please see below for details on pre-order shipping. 

Can I cancel an order before it is shipped? 

For a number of reasons we are unfortunately unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. You are however most welcome to utilise our Automated Returns Portal once you've received your order, available here. 

What if I ordered something on pre-order?  

If you ordered an item on pre-order we will ship it as soon as possible after we receive it into stock. We will note in the product description when we expect that to be. If you order items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) come into stock. If you would like in stock items shipped separately, please order pre-order items in a separate transaction.

Do you accept returns? 

We certainly do! Please see our Returns page for full details. 

What currency are your prices?

All prices shown throughout the Jack & Willow site are in Australian dollars ($AUD). 

Are my payment details secure? 

To ensure your credit card purchases are secure and protected, all transactions on this site are processed using Stripe. This is an online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure, hosted environment.
