Still hasn’t arrived
Hello, Thank you for your message and we are so sorry that your gift did not arrive during the expected time period. During this time period, leading up to Christmas, our courier (Aus Post) experienced rail network disruptions to WA. For that we are so incredibly sorry and upset to hear that your parcel took longer to reach your recipient than the usual timeframe we provide to our customers online. In future please email our customer service team for any delivery enquiries and we will do our best to figure out a solution for you.
